We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Solar Setter/Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in our sales process by generating qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. You will reach out to potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar, and schedule consultations for them to learn more about switching to clean energy. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with great communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and an interest in the solar industry across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and consult homeowners in targeted areas to introduce solar solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and answer basic questions.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants to meet with interested homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of solar.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but we provide training to the right candidates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
