Position : EDI Analyst
Job Location : La Porte (Branham)
Job Type : Full-Time
Status : Exempt
Summary of the Role
Responsible to maintain the One Stop database responsibilities, training of other employees for One Stop input responsibilities, Importing, editing and distribution of all EDI and / or Ariba database orders. Maintain Ariba network structure and be the first contact for any incoming Trading Relationship requests. Must be able to work with all outside consultants when needed for any mapping or connection issues and changes.

Train other employees for One Stop input responsibilities
Importing, editing and distribution of all EDI and / or Ariba database orders
Maintain Ariba network structure and be the first contact for any incoming Trading Relationship requests
Performs other related duties as required
Skills and Abilities
Ability to interact with customers and team-members in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Requires a proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure
Must be able to perform calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, customer portals and email
Must be able to successfully utilize the company software
Minimum Qualifications :
18 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year Business to Business Customer Service Experience
2-Year A.S. Degree or equivalent work experience.
Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, customer portals and email
Ability to perform basic math
Reliable transportation is a must
Ability to sit for extended periods of time at their workstation and look at computer screens
Ability to learn on the job
Preferred Qualifications :
1-3 years of customer service experience in industrial sales and distribution
Previous experience utilizing an ERP system
Product knowledge in hose, gasket and conveyor systems a plus
