2 years’ experience in a construction environment is preferred for this role. The Customer Service Manager must have a customer-oriented attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
The Customer Service Manager must be a team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
A valid driver’s license is required.
