Main Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with potential homebuyers to discuss their new home needs.
- Closing sales and meeting annual sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Guide customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

- A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.

- Excellent communication skills (in-person and over the phone), with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Compensation Package:
Total Compensation: $151,000 - $333,000 with uncapped potential, based on individual performance and achievement.
Commission Structure: 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000, 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000.
Bonus Incentive: Paid at each level of units closed within a calendar year ($5,000 - $30,000 based on number of units closed).
