We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join the LGI Living team at our Corporate office in The Woodlands, TX.
The Maintenance Coordinator supports LGI Living’s Leasing Operations by managing service and warranty requests in designated markets. This role is responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, gathering information from residents, and scheduling necessary repairs with construction managers, customer service managers, or trade partners.
The Maintenance Coordinator ensures timely resolution of work orders, coordinates maintenance schedules, and oversees general upkeep of LGI Living communities. Utilizing Buildium, Corrigo, and HappyCo, this role maintains accurate records and ensures all warranty issues are efficiently addressed.
Requirements
The Maintenance Coordinator must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will work Monday - Friday.
