The Vice President of Land Development will oversee multi-million dollar residential land development projects. This position will solicit, analyze, and meet with contractors for bids on all new development projects, and negotiate and execute all contracts.
The Vice President of Development will oversee onsite contractors throughout all stages of development, ensuring compliance with the LGI way. This role includes submitting plats and as-builts for municipal approval, conducting final walks for street, water/sewer acceptance, bond release, and coordinating with dry utility companies to schedule and monitor utility installation through completion.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage additional staff as needed to support the growth of our development initiatives.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of land development experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of the residential development cycle. A valid drivers license is required.
