$100,000 - $150,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Responsibilities
- Help mentor Analysts and Associates and work alongside Strategists as part of a dedicated relationship team, gathering, analyzing, and discussing economic issues, investment markets, and our firm views.
- Independently navigate, utilize, review, and begin to enhance our systems for monitoring investment risk and modeling different asset and derivative strategies to match client objectives.
- Responsibilities include analyzing strategies, leading the preparation of client-servicing materials, and supporting new product and client initiatives such as creating customized client reporting.
- Begin to proactively lead on all client communications demonstrating a strong understanding of our investment capabilities, investment process, market views while also reflecting client context.
- Be able to fully manage the holistic maintenance of LGIM America’s internal client data model to measure and manage our client engagement.
- Demonstrate a mastery of core quantitative and technical aspects of our investment capabilities and hone core client-facing skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to think like both enterprise and client stakeholders and the craft of tailoring the messaging within this context.
- Senior Associates should begin to be able to lead on Client Strategy implementation changes and be able to navigate the entire process between the various LGIM America groups and externally.
- A ttend firm-wide training and professional development sessions.
- 6-8 years investment management experience
- Broad knowledge covering investment products, investment analytics, client context, and key steps of a client’s lifecycle (prospecting, onboarding, ongoing engagement, internal and external stakeholders) is desirable
- Strong ability to tailor client communications within our scorecard framework
- Demonstrated ability to think like a steward of the success of our long-term business
- CFA preferred
- Self-starter and team player
- Bachelor degree required
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills
- Proven listening and oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for continuous learning and development
