Overview
The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, primarily supporting recruitment processes but also assisting with other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
$50,000 - $65,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates as directed by the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Develop learning and development initiatives around recruitment best practices.
- Develop content and maintenance of HR intranet page.
- Send interview evaluation forms following candidate interviews.
- Build junior talent pipeline by helping with the internship program, AMDA program, and campus recruitment.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Assist with other recruiting tasks as directed by Head of Talent Acquisition
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
