Job Details

Role: Java Lead

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)
Experience: 12 years
Type: W2/1099/C2C (as applicable)
Interview: Live coding round required after shortlisting

Must-Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead role, clearly shown in the current job
Strong Java coding skills (live coding test required)
Experience in microservices architecture
Ability to mentor and lead a development team
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
- Experience with Mono / Flux or other concurrency frameworks
- Solid RDBMS experience: Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres
- JUnit and automated testing expertise
- Tools: Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI
- Logging & Monitoring: Kibana, ELK, Dynatrace
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Design Patterns, Asynchronous Programming
- Experience with OAuth-based API authentication & authorization
- Kafka, Docker, GIT, SonarQube, CI/CD tools
- ORM frameworks: Hibernate, Entity, Dapper
- Awareness of the BIAN framework
- Background in Financial domain is a strong plus
