The Commercial/ Residential Mitigation Lead is a first-responder on emergency fire and water property loss situations and is the first position of understanding, organizing and directing on site activities. These activities shall lead to the workmanlike completion of an assigned task within the scope, budget, and schedule. The Commercial Mitigation Supervisor reports to the Mitigation Manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
Ensuring the teams performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to industry specifications.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
- Be a great representative of our brand! Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion.
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
- Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.

Project Coordination
- Provide all project information to Project Director and Project Accountant including budget,
completion date, and all other relevant information
- Ensure production team understands scope, budget and schedule
- Obtain and submit subcontractor bids as needed
- Write subcontractor agreements
- Obtain all signed change orders for all changes to the project, as required
- Act as a positive liaison between Arcus, the customer, and Project Director
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve training goals and minimum attendance guidelines as established by Arcus
- Adhere to all company Best Practices
- Always provide the highest level of customer services
- Add to a positive corporate culture
- All other duties or projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) is preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Suite of office products; Excel, Word
- Extensive commercial large loss and/or catastrophe experience
- Experience utilizing Xactimate and T&M Pro software
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Arcus's vehicle policy; CDL a plus
- Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses
- Ability to use mobile devices for collection of data and time
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
