As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic B2B Client Representative to join our team and help propel customer enrollment and engagement efforts forward.

In this B2B Client Representative role, you will be a vital member of our marketing and sales team, with responsibilities centered on attracting, engaging, and onboarding new customers. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments to create and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, skilled in communication, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

B2B Client Representative Responsibilities :

  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute customer enrollment strategies.
  • Develop and fine-tune engaging marketing campaigns targeting new customers through direct outreach efforts.
  • Assist in preparing impactful presentations to promote client products and services.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and support, to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to post-enrollment follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and new technologies to enhance enrollment strategies.

B2B Client Representative Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong enthusiasm for marketing and customer engagement, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work across various departments.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
  • Previous internship or coursework in marketing is a plus but not required.
