Job Description
Americas client service with an aim to surpass investor needs for accurate and timely information with superior service. Key liaison to support client onboarding, portfolio management and client service with a focus on internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, administrators, investment teams, risk management). The role will involve client interaction, with a focus on operational aspects of onboarding and operational management of separate account clients.
Portfolio management support
- Indicating appetite for prospective investments, ensuring it is a fit with LPA restrictions and client expectations and maintenance of the portfolio management tools
- Support in coordination of US Risk Committee on a quarterly basis together with US operations team
- Operational point of contact for clients for both onboarding and ongoing client requests
- Manage co-investment syndication process
Onboarding
Manage workflow processes including, but not limited to : compliance, AML / KYCSupport all Americas investors with onboarding and accessing LGT CP productsWork with various stakeholders to ensure product offerings are attractive and compliant for Americas client baseProduct development support
Assist Head of Americas Business Development and program management on product development workResearch potential new avenues that the company can offer to clients to invest in our products (i.e. structuring solutions via feeders, parallel fund structures)Support the build out of client service for wealth management effort in the Americas, including point of contact for client inquiries, liaising with relationship managers and portfolio managers on regular client updates / collateral, and internal stakeholders regarding structuring, onboardingClient communications
Coordinate on investor reporting, including standard and ad hoc requests.Analyze portfolio developments of Americas mandates and coordinate with global program management to ensure effective communication to clients on these developmentsGlobal program management and client service
Join meetings with global program management and coordinate with other client service professionals across offices to ensure flow of information, use of and implementation of best practicesRequirements
