- Administer and take accountability for insurance verification processes and medication prior authorizations.
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
- Answer phones
- Greet patients with a positive attitude
- Ensure all forms and consents are completed by patient
- Manage tasks in EHR inbox / e-mails
- Process medication prior authorizations
