About the Role :
As a night shift EMT at LGTC's Mental Health Residential, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining client safety overnight. This is a full-time position for five 8-hour NOC shifts from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM. The shifts are flexible, but the ability to work Friday and either Saturday or Sunday is mandatory.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor clients overnight by completing rounds every 15 minutes
- Administer medication under the direction of our medical professionals
- Take vitals as needed
- Cleaning
- Survey for ligature and other safety risks in the facility
- Communicate effectively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
