About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist with expertise in treating Eating Disorders to join our team at LGTC Group. Please note this is a part time or full time position. As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group Eating Disorder Residential Treatment Center (RTC) in San Jose CA, therapy to clients with Eating Disorders, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Your ultimate goal will be to help clients achieve lasting recovery and improve their overall quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current license to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual and group therapy to clients with Eating Disorders
- Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities for Eating Disorders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Experience working with clients with co-occurring disorders
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with Eating Disorders
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
