Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Director Clinic to oversee the patient care operations of our home care facility in Kingston, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company's immediate and long-range objectives.
- Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that promote quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance the profitability of the agency and engage with the team to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- One year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting.
