The Executive Director of our hospice services will be responsible for the following key areas:
• Overseeing all aspects of patient care, including developing and implementing care plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employees
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and promote quality care
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, experience in supervising diverse teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
