- You will evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
- You will assist physician in developing therapy plan of care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
