Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Hazle Township, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.
- Follow the plan of care, instructs and aids patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant.
- Observes, records, and reports to the supervising OT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
- Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant.
Requirements
- Current OTA licensure in the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
