Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment.
- Providing occupational therapy services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy.
- Consulting with physicians in the development of the therapy plan of care.
- Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes in their condition.
Education and Experience
We require:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
