Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
- Observes and reports the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition.
- Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
- Instructs and informs participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care and progress toward goals.
Requirements

- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
