Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, developing treatment plans to improve mobility, endurance, and overall well-being.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure effective care coordination and education.
Requirements
- Curren t Physical Therapy licensure in New Jersey
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle
