Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
- Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs
- Assist physician in developing therapy plan of care
- Observe and report patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
