Job Description
LHC Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Petersburg, West Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing patients' well-being.
- Monitor and report patients' responses to treatment and changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
- Provide physical therapy to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
