Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient functional status and occupational therapy needs, developing treatment plans that improve and enhance well-being.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team.
- Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment and changes to condition.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding plan of care, functional limitations, and progress towards goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of New Jersey.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
