Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise routines, muscle re-education, gait training, functional activities, ADLs, transfer techniques, safety procedures, and prosthetic training.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in their condition to the supervising PT, nurse supervisor, and physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.
- Experience working in a home health or hospice setting, preferably with a focus on geriatric or adult rehabilitation.
- CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
