Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Determine a treatment plan and perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being.
- Assess and report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice, Current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance are mandatory. A dependable vehicle for transportation is also required.
You must have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and be able to build trusted relationships with your patients.
