Physical Therapist Role

This role offers the opportunity to work with patients in senior living settings, providing high-quality therapy services that support their recovery and well-being.

• Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation potential and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients and families to set goals and achieve successful outcomes.
• Utilize equipment and treatment approaches according to established PT protocols and policies.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and successful completion of the National Registry exam.
• Current Physical Therapy License in state of practice.
• CPR certification and all other required certificates and documents.
