Key Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive initial evaluations on each patient in a timely manner, evaluates patients to determine rehab potential, and identifies needs.
• Establishes individualized treatment plans, sets goals to be used in the team plan of care, and collaborates with patients and families in goal setting and achievement.
• Schedules patients at appropriate times for therapy, identifies patient and family education needs, and utilizes equipment in a proper and safe manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, successful completion of the National Registry exam, and CPR certification. Recent graduates who have applied for the registration exam may be considered for provisional appointment.
