Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current RN licensure in the state of practice and the ability to build trusted nurse-patient relationships. You should also be able to make the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determine primary focus of care, develop the plan of care within state-specific guidelines, and submit accurate, complete, and timely documentation in collaboration with physician orders.
