We are hiring for an Accounting Assistant in Wauwatosa, WI. This role will have a balanced day of supporting AR and AP. You will report to the Accounting Manager and communicate with colleagues across departments. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities :
Create invoices and billing
Contract management
Enter accounts payable invoices
Process expense reports
Requirements :
Two or more years of clerical accounting experience
Associate’s Degree desired but not required
Detail oriented and process driven
Ability to adjust daily schedule to needs of the department
