We are hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will focus on processing Accounts Payable and assist with Payroll. You will be part of a small yet effective team supporting a successful mid-sized manufacturer. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities :
Accurately match, code, and enter invoices into ERP system
Reconcile vendor data
Process expense reports
Utilize three way matching
Process bi-weekly payroll using a third party software
Requirements :
Three or more years of clerical accounting experience
Detail oriented and deadline driven
Associate’s Degree in Accounting desired
Comfortable working in MS Excel on a daily basis
