Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in Jupiter, FL. This is a direct hire position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
