We are hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Port Washington, WI. This position will report to the Controller of a successful organization experiencing growth. You will be responsible for processing payables and receivables. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities :
Code and enter vendor invoices
Gain necessary approvals and participate in ACH payments, check runs
Daily cash applications
Creating and reconciling invoices to send out to customers
Follow up on past due amounts with research and resolution
Requirements :
Two or more years of clerical accounting experience
Associate’s Degree in Accounting desired
Familiar with QuickBooks Online or similar softwares
Detail oriented and able to prioritize the work day
