This position is in Downtown Dayton and will pay between $19 and $22/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Property Administrator to join our client’s team for a 6-8-week temporary assignment. This role combines traditional accounts payable responsibilities with property management duties, ensuring smooth financial operations and effective property administration. This position is in Downtown Dayton and will pay between $19 and $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and entering invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage property-related expenses and budgets.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain property condition reports.
- Assist with property marketing and tenant acquisition efforts.
- Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
