What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's team on the east side of Cleveland. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage full cycle accounts payable, including coding, entering, and reconciling vendor invoices.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Maintain vendor records and perform regular vendor maintenance.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve any payment issues.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
