What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Manager with NetSuite position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a fully remote Accounts Payable Manager with extensive NetSuite experience. This is a temporary assignment that will be for 4 months to start. A big picture and problem solver is needed for this position.
Job Overview:
Designing, improving, and implementing AP policies and procedures
Advising the current Accounts Payable staff
Taking ownership of the AP controls
Initiating payment runs for multiple entities and making adjustments if necessary
Processing vendor payments
Providing cash outflow projections for vendor payments
Maintaining the AP subledger inclusive of month end close
Being the point of escalation when it comes to vendor invoice approvals
Assisting with internal and external audits as well as internal controls
Ensuring controls are in place to meet audit and SOX requirements
Qualifications:
5 years of experience at the AP Manager level
NetSuite is a firm requirement
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, data manipulation)
Multi currency experience is needed
Experience designing, improving, and implementing AP policies and procedures
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Detail oriented
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
