LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accounts Payable Manager, for a permanent opportunity, working in an office, in Richmond, VA.
Duties include managing a small AP team, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner, approving payments, work with vendors, handle compliance, run AP aging reports, month-end and helping to streamline AP processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in accounts payable and supervising a team.
- Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, fast and accurate
Permanent Salary : $100K to $120K, depending on experience.
