Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Hartland, WI. This role will focus on AR but also support accounting with other responsibilities. You will report to the Accounting Manager and work in a small team environment. If you have two or more years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:

• Create and send out invoices to customers

• Cash posting

• Follow up on outstanding payments

• Reconciliations

• Sales & Use Tax Reporting

• Month End Close

Requirements:

• Two or more years of AR and GL experience

• Good technical abilities working in accounting softwares

• Strong attention to detail with professional communication skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired
