Job Title: Regional Support Specialist (RSS)
Job Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our client’s team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative, operational, and customer service support to the companies branch offices, leaders, and agents. By working across multiple offices, the RSS team ensures the seamless operation of agent transactions, office organization, and customer interactions, all while supporting agents in their efforts to achieve professional success. This position directly contributes to fostering an engaging and inclusive office culture.
Contract Duration: 3 months
Location: Avon, CT 06001
Pay Rate: $24.30 Per Hour

Responsibilities
Office Organization
Coordinate with facilities and IT to ensure all office equipment is functional.
Maintain organized and adequately stocked office supplies.
Distribute mail and greet/assist visitors.
Agent Support
Deliver exceptional support to agents, resolving technology, process, or operational questions.
Promote agent success by connecting them with available resources.
Assist with the agent onboarding process in collaboration with the onboarding team.
Transaction Support
Efficiently and accurately process agent transactions and commission payments.
Maintain compliance by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Act as the point of contact for resolving transactional issues or documentation gaps.
Branch Leader Support
Support the branch manager with administrative tasks such as sales meetings and new agent orientations.
Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming office culture.
Social Media & Marketing
Assist agents with social media and marketing strategies, including creating posts and scheduling content.
Update the office’s social media channels and develop marketing materials.
Monitor social media analytics to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
Regional Support
Provide support across multiple offices as needed, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
1 years of customer service experience (Real Estate office experience preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technologically proficient, with familiarity in PC/Mac operating systems and software navigation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional multitasking, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel to additional offices as needed.
Pay Details: $24.30 per hour
