LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our client, a reputable organization in Suffolk County, to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and scheduling roles, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and scheduling roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Hours :
Monday through Friday
9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Worksite Type : 100% in office
