Responsibilities
Employment Type: $25-$28/hr-Contract
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

- Disbursements of invoice checks
- Reviews AP for missing invoices
- Ensures approval levels of all invoices
- Resolves discrepancies
- Maintains vendor emails and drop box
- Prepares 1099 and 1096
- Reconciles credit card statements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in AP
