Location : Altamonte Springs, FL (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate : $25 - $38 per hour
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our clients team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounts payable department.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounts payable staff.
