Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities : Facilitate the completion and finalization of annual recertifications.
Manage move-in documentation and conduct interviews for applicants and tenant recertifications.
Coordinate income verification appointments, draft lease agreements, and oversee the housing waitlist.
Aid in the execution of re-certifications, welfare exemption documentation, and assessments for Management and Occupancy (MOR) and Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) reviews.
Issue notices, arrange vacancies, and prepare and track turnover forms.
Support the collection of rent and security deposits, manage petty cash records, and prepare bank deposits.
Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance and security concerns.
Organize maintenance inspections with facilities teams and ensure prompt completion of work orders.
Manage and secure resident and property records while maintaining confidentiality.
Educate residents on emergency preparedness protocols and coordinate logistics for resident meetings.
Undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
Understanding of basic tax credit procedures.
Desk-based computer tasks.
Occasional grasping forcefully, using a telephone, sorting / filing paperwork or parts.
High School diploma or GED with one year of residential property management, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with MS Office and / or RealPage software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-based environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Possession of a valid California Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
