Job Title : Benefits Specialist (3-Month Contract)
Location : Seattle, WA
Job Type : Contract (3 months)
LHH is looking for candidates with experience in Employee Benefits. We are looking for a dedicated Benefits Specialist to join our client's team on a short-term contract basis to support our HR department. This role is hybrid in Seattle, WA and contract only.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and contributions.
- Assist in the resolution of benefits-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Support the annual benefits renewal process and open enrollment activities.
