Benefits / Accounting Analyst
LHH Recruitment is hiring for a Benefits / Accounting Analyst in the Miramar, FL area. Our client is searching for a benefits accounting analyst with a strong excel background. This is a great company to work for in an in office opportunity. The Benefits Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the accounting and administration of all benefits plans. This role will be responsible for all accounting, analytical and reporting tasks related to Unions, Benefits, COBRA, Life, Disability, FSA and HSA
You are a great fit if :
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, validations, VLOOKUP's)
- Experience working with large data sets
- Prior experience with benefits or accounts payable billing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities to include :
This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $25 / hr-$27 / hr to start. Once the role becomes permanent the pay can go up to $30 / hr. Please apply today!
