LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be supporting a National Company in Washington for a Benefits Manager position. They are a manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. With a workforce of 1000 employees, they are committed to providing comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of team members.

The Benefits Manager will be responsible for the vendor negotiations, overseeing and managing the company's employee benefits programs and reconciling billings. This includes health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee perks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving employee satisfaction and engagement.

You will be :

  • Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular reviews of benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align benefits programs with company goals and employee needs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for the company.
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits.

You will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification is a plus.
  • You will receive :

  • 401K Match, 90 hours of PTO with 9 holidays, FSA, HAS, Wellness reimbursement and Tuition reimbursement
  • Compensation range is based on qualifications ranging from $80-$120K
  • Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
