Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Oceanside. This role is 100% onsite and a contract to hire opportunity and full time hours for our client. Interested candidates must be bilingual English / Spanish.

This role will be focused on ensuring that patients coming in and out of the clinic are given a great patient experience and duties will include check in and out, scheduling of patient appointments, collection of copays, updating patient demographics, and other adminstrative duties as needed. Our client is open to all industry backgrounds - this is a great opportunity to gain healthcare experience!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual English / Spanish required
