Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Roswell. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire, full-time opporutnity. Interested candidates are required to be bilingual Spanish / English.
This position will be focused on all administrative aspects for our client including patient check in / out, phone correspondence, scheduling, updating patient demographics, insurance verification, and other clerical duties. This individual will need to give an excellent patient experience to all who enter the clinic.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years medical administrative experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
Must possess a valid driver's license
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, both over the phone and in-person
Ability to work well in a fast-paced enviornment
Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for others
Can adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day and meet deadlines when needed
Must be bilingual English / Spanish
Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
