Job Title :  Billing Clerk

Location :  100% Onsite

Employment Type :  Contract to Hire

Pay Rate :  $20 - $22 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. This is a 100% onsite, contract-to-hire position with a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $22. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Verify billing data, such as product prices or contract rates
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payments
